What we are useful for

• Which set suits a space, a batch or a wall, including the awkward cases the calculators do not cover.
• Specifications: capacities, weights, fabrics, dimensions, what a set contains.
• Anything on this site that looks wrong. Corrections are welcome and they get made.
• Press enquiries and questions about using our photography.

What belongs somewhere else

• Orders, delivery and returns. Checkout happens with our retail partner, so a placed order lives in your account there rather than with us.
• A fault or a missing item. Same answer: that conversation belongs where the order was placed, and it is faster than going through us.
• Anything medical. We are not qualified to advise on air quality, allergies or health, and we will not guess.

Corrections

If a number on this page is wrong, tell us which one and we will check it against the product rather than against our own copy. Changes are dated in the footer.
